Bio

Coach Johnson brings elite-level experience and proven excellence to the Land O' Lakes Gators, highlighted by his All-Conference and All-American honors as a collegiate center and long snapper at Western Colorado University. A graduate of River Ridge High School, he combined his athletic success with academic achievement, earning both his Bachelor's Degree in K-12 Education and later a Master's Degree in Education. With over a decade of coaching experience and a deep-rooted passion for developing dominant offensive lines, Coach Johnson stands out as a leader committed to building disciplined, high-performing athletes.

Following college, Coach Johnson spent eight years as a high school educator before transitioning into full-time entrepreneurship. Today, he owns and operates two successful businesses while continuing to pursue his passion for developing young athletes.

With 13 years of experience coaching offensive line, Coach Johnson has a deep appreciation for the "big boys" up front and the unique brotherhood that makes the offensive line the foundation of every successful football team. He believes in a detailed, disciplined, and constructive approach to coaching, emphasizing technique, intensity, competitiveness, teamwork, and finishing every play.

More importantly, Coach Johnson is committed to using football as a platform to teach young men the values of accountability, discipline, leadership, and becoming outstanding role models both on and off the field. He is honored to be part of the Land O' Lakes football family, proud to serve this community alongside an outstanding coaching staff, and excited to watch this team compete throughout the season.

Coach Johnson would also like to sincerely thank every family for trusting him with the opportunity to coach their son. It is a responsibility he takes great pride in, and he looks forward to helping each player grow—not only as a football player, but as a Successful young man.
